Cancellation of an Order

At any time after placing an order, you can contact us by email at store@vplab.com to:

• change the delivery address and/or time;
• add or cancel items in the order;
• cancel the order.

Distance Contract / Returns Policy

Based on Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts", the customer has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the purchased product and return it to the seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

You can return unused and undamaged items in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product and receive a full refund. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return the product by mail, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase receipt.

VPLAB reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the distance contract if no purchase receipt is available.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the return. If the purchase was made with a bank transfer, the refund will be credited back to your bank account.
